This short online course explores how we think about food, waste, and sustainability in daily life. Through a series of interactive tasks, you will engage with real-world materials (photos, videos, and short quizzes) related to food consumption and environmental impact. You’ll also complete brief reflections that explore your thoughts and attitudes toward food waste.
Participation helps support ongoing doctoral research at Riga Technical University on how learning design and digital tools, may influence sustainability education.
